i wrote to you two or three different times, you did not answer me like i was not important, the last time that i wrote you was Feb 4, 2011, anyway my husband died March 6, 2011, he was a professor at the School of Visual Arts. and a famous artist. and in January 2012, my Dad who was 93years old passed, i just wanted you to help me with my basement, i had the basement cleaned out, which leads into the back yard. i do need windows, i have plastic on my windows now, as a struggling artist, who is creating art works, my heart is already sad , its a shame that you completely disregarded me.
